Unique Wizard allows conditional returns for every item within 7 days after the date of receipt. Items that are damaged, defective, or not as described on the website can be returned within 7 days and can be repaired or maintained for 1 week from the date of receipt (in some cases 1 month).

  • Return the new, unopened items to us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  • If the product is damaged, defective or counterfeit; The product must be returned in its original packaging. All accessories, tags and free gifts must also be returned. If any customer claimed a damaged or defective product within 7 days will pick from the customer.
  • Simply contact our support team at uniquewizardinfo@gmail.com if you have any questions regarding your return.
  • For any product valued over $10, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
  • Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the email receipt.
  • Please be considerate when placing your order to choose the correct size, colour, etc. of your product to avoid any returns for exchanges.
  • Due to the custom made nature of some of our handmade products we can not accept returns/exchanges or offer refunds for any handmade item.
  • Cannot accept returns via rejected or refused packages, abandoned packages, and packages returned outside of the designated return process (Please see above for designated return process).
  • If the product is not same as advertised (For Fashion item Color can be slightly changed due to photography reason) The product must be returned unused, in original packaging and with all seals & tags intact.
